The following benefits represent those offered to
employees of Norris Cylinder Company. Contact Norris Cylinder Company's human resource representative to
learn about the Norris Cylinder benefits.
All full-time Norris Cylinder Company employees are eligible to participate in the Benefits Program.
The Benefits Program offers the following plans:

All benefits are provided in accordance with the provisions of the benefit plan documents.
Medical
There are currently three medical plan options from which to choose. Each plan has a different
monthly cost and deductible to match your needs.
Where possible, Norris Cylinder Company participates in Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs)
to help control costs for you and the plan. You will receive a PPO directory if a preferred
provider is available where you live.
Dental
There are two dental plan options from which to choose. Each plan has a different monthly cost
and covered expenses to match your needs. Orthodontics are included in one of the plan options.
Employee Life Insurance (Primary and Optional)
- Primary
The Company provided each employee with a base amount of life insurance.
- Optional
Each employee has the option to purchase additional amounts of like insurance to fit their needs.
Dependent Life Insurance
You may choose to cover your spouse and/or children in increments to meet your needs.
Short Term/Long Term Disability
• Short Term Disability
The Company provides you with a portion of your compensation should you become disabled.
• Long Term Disability
Employees can purchase additional disability insurance to continue past that provided by the company.
Pre-Tax Contribution (Section 125)
This plan allows you to pay your contributions to participate in Norris Cylinder Company Medical
and Dental plans with pre-tax dollars by reducing your pay by the amount of your contribution and
having your Employer use those funds to pay your portion of the contributions.
Reimbursement Accounts
• Health Care Reimbursement Account
This account may be used by you and your family for a wide range of most typical health care
expenses, including items not covered under the Medical and Dental Plans.
• Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
This account may be used for qualifying child care and/or day care for dependent adults.
401(k) Savings
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the savings plan at time of hire. Most
employees may contribute 1% up to 75% of eligible pay. The company matches partial
contributions up to 5%. There are multiple investment options from which to select.
Educational Assistance
Full-time employees with at least 6 months of service are eligible to receive a reimbursement
from Norris Cylinder Company to help defray the costs associated with their continuing education.
Holidays
The company provides 11 paid holidays per year, 10 of which are fixed holidays, and 1 which is a
floating holiday set by the employee.
Vacation
The company provides vacation depending on length of service to allow for rest and relaxation.
